Two wavelengths. One clear canvas.

Clarity II is a dual-wavelength laser equipped with both 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelengths. It treats pigmentation such as melasma and blemishes, the capillaries that cause flushing, and even fine facial hair. The combination of the two wavelengths is set personally by head director Dr. Seojin Jae.

Why Karin Clarity II

Even the entangled causes of pigment and vessels,
viewed in three dimensions

Melasma with flushing, or complex blemishes spread widely across thin skin, reach a limit with a single wavelength alone. Karin rules out sweeping the whole face at one setting.

01

Simultaneous Dual-Wavelength Treatment

Dual Wavelength

Moving between 755nm, with its high melanin absorption, and 1064nm, which reaches deep vessels, it reduces dark pigment and redness together to even out the complexion.

02

Temperature Sensing · Cooling

Smart Cooling

A sensor measuring skin surface temperature in real time during treatment, together with a cooling gas spray system (ICD), reduces the risk of burns and discomfort.

03

Fine Hair Removal · Pore Tightening

Smooth Texture

It clears dark peach fuzz on the face without irritation, creating a texture where makeup doesn’t lift, and stimulates collagen production in the dermis to tighten sagging pores.

How It Works

Two lights
reach different depths

755nm is well absorbed by melanin and reaches pigment and the follicles of fine hair, while 1064nm goes deeper to reach the vessels that cause flushing. Just before each pulse, cooling gas chills the surface first.

Wavelength chosen for each lesionDual Wavelength

The ratio is set to suit each lesion, centered on 755nm for pigment and fine hair, and 1064nm for vessels, flushing, and deep layers.

  2. 02

    Cooling, then the pulseCooling First

Just before the light is emitted, cooling gas chills the epidermis, and real-time temperature sensing eases the heat.

  3. 03

Heat delivered to follicles and vesselsTarget Heat

Light is absorbed by the melanin in follicles and by vessels, delivering heat only to those spots.

  4. 04

    A clear, even foundationEven Tone

Pigment and redness are reduced together and fine hair is cleared, leaving an even foundation. The number of sessions varies by individual.

Dual Wavelength

Two wavelengths,
three changes

The two wavelengths are alternated in the right ratio for the depth and nature of each lesion, delivering even energy with no beam overlap or gaps.

Read the redness and the tone

The head director diagnoses how pigment and capillaries intertwine to reduce your skin’s clarity. With a delicate hand technique, the damaged barrier is protected and the clearest, most even foundation is created.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it also help with flushing?+

The 1064nm wavelength reaches vessels in deep layers, helping to address redness. The number of sessions and settings depend on the cause and degree of flushing.

How much discomfort should I expect?+

Real-time temperature sensing and cooling gas spray ease heat and discomfort. Sensitivity varies from person to person.

How many facial hair removal sessions do I need?+

It depends on hair thickness and growth cycle, and several sessions are often needed. 1-session and 5-session programs are available.

Can it be combined with PicoPlus?+

When pigment is deep or complex, the two devices are sometimes combined. The head director sets the order and intervals after your assessment.
