A face loses its shape in a certain order. The deepest SMAS layer loosens first, the dermis above it loses elasticity, and finally fine lines and blurred contours appear on the surface. Lift only one layer, and gaps remain in the others. That is why Karin designs all three layers together.
3-Layer Lifting divides treatment by depth so the three procedures never repeat the same ground. Ultherapy Prime takes the SMAS, Potenza Juvelook the dermis, and Lifting Injection the lines at the surface.
Creates ultrasound thermal coagulation points in the deepest SMAS layer to lift the sagging foundation.
Radiofrequency heat from fine microneedle tips and Juvelook replenish the elasticity and texture of the dermis.
Finally, contours and fine lines are delicately refined in the layer closest to the surface.

Lift the foundation
High-intensity focused ultrasound is delivered precisely to the SMAS, the deepest layer supporting the face. Loosened tissue contracts, rebuilding the foundation of your contours against the pull of gravity.
Fill the structure
RF microneedles open pathways into the dermal layer, while the vacuum ‘Pumping Tip’ drives Juvelook deeply and evenly into the skin. The lifted area is filled with firmness that builds from within.
Refine the surface
This is the final step that completes a lifted and replenished face. Following design lines drawn by the head director herself, unwanted contours are smoothed and the surface is tightened and refined.
From the deep layers to the surface, treatment follows one order: rebuild the foundation → fill → refine. Each step supports the result of the next.
All three treatments take place on one day, in one space, sparing you repeated visits to coordinate them separately.

Each step feels different. Numbing cream is applied for a sufficient time to reduce discomfort. Sensitivity varies from person to person, and we will explain the details during your consultation.
In most cases, yes, on the same day. However, redness, swelling, and small bruises may last a few days, so please let us know in your consultation if you have an important event coming up.
Along with changes seen right after treatment, collagen regenerates over several weeks and firmness gradually builds. Duration varies by individual, depending on skin condition and lifestyle.
After assessing your skin thickness, degree of sagging, and facial area, the head director recommends the right program. We never push you toward a larger program than you need.
