Ultherapy Prime focuses ultrasound on a single point, the way a magnifying glass gathers light. Leaving the skin’s surface untouched, it creates tiny thermal coagulation points only at a set depth, lifting the SMAS and dermis.
After the depth of the SMAS and dermis is confirmed on screen through real-time imaging, energy is sent only when the transducer reaches the right layer.
Ultrasound passes through the surface and converges on one point at a set depth, forming a tiny thermal coagulation point only there.
The SMAS (4.5mm) builds the foundation, then the deep dermis (3.0mm) and shallow dermis (1.5mm) are tightened in turn for a natural lift.

As energy reaches the SMAS layer, you may feel a dull ache or a prickling sensation. Numbing cream is applied for a sufficient time to reduce discomfort, and sensitivity varies from person to person.
